Arya Samaj Gandhidham: A Global Mission with Local Impact
A Legacy of Service, A Vision for Humanity
Arya Samaj Gandhidham is part of a global organization with over 8,000 branches worldwide, tirelessly working across social, educational, cultural, and spiritual fields. Our branch is proud to be the first ISO 9001:2008 certified Arya Samaj in the world, reflecting our unwavering commitment to excellence and integrity in all our endeavors.
As a non-governmental organization (NGO) in India focused on child welfare, we dedicate ourselves to creating impactful change through innovative projects, unwavering dedication, and compassion.
Jeevan Prabhat: A Home of Love and Care
In the wake of the devastating earthquake on January 26, 2001, Arya Samaj Gandhidham launched Jeevan Prabhat, a sanctuary for earthquake orphans and other underprivileged children. This initiative is more than just a home—it is a place of hope, transformation, and opportunity.
At Jeevan Prabhat:
Our focus is not just on providing necessities but on creating a nurturing environment where every child can thrive physically, emotionally, and intellectually.
A Journey of Transformation: From Orphans to Achievers
It is heartbreaking that these children have lost their parents, but their admission into Jeevan Prabhat has opened doors to opportunities that might never have been possible otherwise. Had their parents been alive, these children may not have achieved the level of success and growth they now enjoy. Without the support and care provided by Jeevan Prabhat, many of these children could have been left vulnerable—wandering aimlessly, falling into despair, or even becoming victims of anti-social influences.
At Jeevan Prabhat, we are committed to shaping these children’s futures with clear goals and unwavering dedication. Nurturing them is no small task; as anyone knows, even raising two children at home requires constant effort. Here, we are polishing these “raw diamonds” with round-the-clock care and attention, transforming their lives into ones filled with promise and potential.
This monumental responsibility is carried out by the devoted members, office bearers, and staff of Arya Samaj. It is a 24/7, year-round commitment that requires immense effort, compassion, and perseverance. We are fortunate to have donors from around the world contributing to this mission and helping us shoulder this tremendous responsibility.
We do not accept government grants or maintain fixed deposits for generating interest income. Instead, we rely entirely on the generous contributions of individuals and organizations who believe in our cause. Unlike other initiatives, we do not go door-to-door seeking donations. Our work speaks for itself, inspiring supporters to step forward voluntarily.
Running Jeevan Prabhat costs over ₹15,000 per day, and every rupee is utilized for the betterment of the children. These contributions go directly toward their education, food, shelter, and holistic development.
Gratitude and Appeal
We are deeply grateful to all our donors who have made this work possible. Your kindness and support are the lifeline for these children. We humbly request you to continue your contributions, no matter how small or big, as every donation plays a crucial role in improving their lives.
If God has blessed you with the means, we urge you to share those blessings with these children who depend on us for their future. Please also encourage your friends and family to contribute to this noble cause.
