Just fill out the form given below and submit it to shower your love and affection on the children. Your contribution will help us in providing better facilities to the children along with better education to the children so that they are able to hold their head high in the society and not be dependent on anybody to earn their livelihood. You can contribute Rs. 11,000/- for an entire days expense of all the children. If you donate Rs. 5100/- then we will serve an entire days meals to the children in your name and for Rs. 3000/- the children will be served a whole meal with sweets. You can alternatively contribute any amount you wish. I have come to know about Jeevan Prabhat and am interested in being a part of this great humanitarian project and thus be a part of an underprivileged child’s life. I would like to contribute Rupess Dollar($) Pound Euro per year for a period of   years on   (occasion) and thus share my happiness with them. I would like to sponsor a child/sponsor a child’s education at Rs. 7200/- per child per year for a period of    years.
