A goverment primary girls school in Mundra was totally demolished in the earthquake. We have rebuild an earthquake proof school at a cost of Rs. 25 Lacs. This school has12 classrooms, library, assembly hall, play ground, staff room etc. The key donation for this school has been made by Seth Shri Kanakshibhai Meghji Asher of Muscat. The school was inaugurated on 31st March 2003. We have build the school and then handed it over to the authorities for running. The School has been renamed "Late Miss. Vimalaben Asher primary school"
